From 1 July 2026, NDIS pricing for STR is itemised rather than charged as one bundled daily rate. Your invoice will clearly show separate costs for accommodation and support hours, so you know exactly what you're paying for. All pricing is aligned with the current NDIS pricing arrangements.
Every stay includes full 24/7 support from a registered nurse and experienced support worker, Leonie and Tony, along with meals, activities and a caring, home-like environment. Everything you need for a genuinely restful, well-supported stay. Please note, this doesn't include active overnight assistance.
