Our farm & facilities

Ten peaceful acres, at the gateway to the Peninsula.

Set on ten quiet acres in Pearcedale, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula and Bass Coast, our farmstay offers everything you need for a genuinely restful stay, indoors and out.

Inside

A spacious, comfortable home to settle into.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, comfortable home with a large kitchen, generous rooms and two separate living areas where you can settle in by the fireplace for a cosy evening.

Outside

Room to move, room to breathe.

Outdoors, there's room to move and room to breathe. Take a dip in the pool, relax under the covered deck, or fire up the BBQ. Whether you're after a little activity or simply some peace and quiet, our grounds are built for both.

Meals

A hearty, homemade breakfast to start the day.

Start the day with a warm, home-style breakfast cooked in our kitchen. Meals are simple, generous and made with care, so guests feel looked after from the moment they sit down.

The animals

Sheep, lambs, chickens, and sometimes kittens.

Animal lovers will feel right at home. As registered RSPCA foster carers, we often have animals staying with us. Depending on what the RSPCA needs at the time, that might be kittens, and there are always sheep, lambs and chickens to help with. Guests are welcome to lend a hand or spend time in our veggie patch if they'd like to, but there's no expectation, plenty of guests prefer to simply soak up the calm of farm life.
